I just recieved my Nolvadex. It is 50ml 20mg/ml. So if i was using a 1ml syringe and wanted to take 20mg i would fill it up all the way? Also, it looks like there is clumps in the liquid is this normal?

Yes a full 1ml would be 20mg of nolva.
Your nolva may have crashed. Warm up some water in a bowl in the microwave then place the nolva in the heated water. Shake it up and it should be crystal clear without lumps.
