Dbol-test and deca pct?????

Hi everyone. Im half way through my dbol , test and deca cycle.
This is my cycle
dbol. 30mg a day Weeks 1-6
test. 500mg a week. Weeks1-12
deca. 400mg a week. Weeks1-10

im thinking or doing a nolva and clomid pct. Does this sound ok?
Anyone know what my dosage should be and for how long to do pct???

These are questions you should have known prior to cycling. And the SERMS should have been on hand prior to obtaining your juice.

i know i should hav got my pct in check. I can only learn from my mistakes!

You forgot age.
Get that diet in check, your a bit light for 6'2 and being halfway through a Deca and Test cycle.

That would be a good start, now you only need to research doses...

yea definitely look into getting some clomid and nolva, ar-r the board sponsor sells them.
