PCT and Cycle Questions

I will be taking my first cycle of Test Ethanate and Im just wondering if im going in the right direction, any help appreciated

Height : 6'2
Weight : 210

I haven't started my cycle yet, as of now im trying to get bodyfat down as low as possible before I start. How should I take my dosages of Test Ethanate for a 12 week cycle ?

I have lots of questions about my PCT that Im gonna list below :

When should I start my PCT during the cycle ?

When should I stop my PCT ?

Is Clomid or Nolvadex good enough ?

How much should I take during my PCT ?

When should I take my HCG ?

How much HCG should I take ?


I have found answers for most of these questions in other words but having the questions broken down that way I have listed them would help me understand more so if someone can help I'd greatly appreciate it


If I do a 12 week cycle on Test Ethanate and do my PCT correctly, After my cycle and my losses how much weight should I be expecting to keep with a rough estimate ?

Thank You, 1 more concern, If I can only get clomid or nolvadex, not both, will I still be fine for the most part on a 12 week cycle or do I need all 3 ? What am I looking at if I only get 1

depends on where you are, I'm in the states and have used them for years.
