Testicular Atrophy Please Help !!!

Hello,

I did Test E 500 for 10 Weeks and my PCT was Clomid 100,50,50,50 & Nolvadex 40,20,20,20 & Proviron 50,50,50,50

Problem was my balls did shrunk and with my PCT I did HCG 500I.U every other day for two weeks.

While I was on HCG my testicles did come back but I would say they were better in the mornings and as the day came to near end they use to shrink a little.

Now I have done HCG for two weeks my balls are allright in the morning when I wake up and as the day progresses they shrink and by the night they are totally shrunked.

By the way my sex drive, erection etc are all good except semen which is still quite less.

Any Idea please !!!

That's pretty common that your nuts will fluctuate in size, during pct, by the end of the day they are the smallest. You'll probably be fine, its a good sign that you have good sexual function. Your not totally out of the woods yet but it sounds like your on your way to a full recovery to me imho

I'd be more aggressive with the HCG.

250-500ius/ED for 14 days with Aromasin 10mg/EOD. Then Tamox and Clomid.

Thanks for your reply mate, thing is I have finished with PCT and during PCT the balls hanging low problem was better and after the PCT it has gotten worse.

Shall I wait for 5-6 weeks and then do HCG again for 3-4 weeks 500 I.U Everyday?

This link below explains kind of situation I am in and what I am talking about, the picture on the right is what it is like in the mornings and as the day progresses near the evenings they become like the picture on the left and stay like for all day and eventually sex drives becomes a little less too.

When I was HCG it was all fine.

I did not quite get that, did you mean to do Aromasin 10mg for 14 days and then Tamox 10mg for 14 days and followed on same by Clomid?

Day 1 - 14, 250-500iu's hcg a day along with 10 mg Aromasin EOD until hcg is done. Do nolva/clomid 20mg/50mg per day from day 1 - 30. I personally would do 40mg/50mg nolva/ clomid for 1 week after the hcg is done to get things rolling then 20/50 for the final week of this pct. I also would recommend 500iu's a day hcg rather than 250. Jmo. Good luck bro keep us posted.

So you have been off the hcg for 2 weeks? I really don't know if you should start right away or not. That's a good question. Maybe a vet will have some advice on that. Personally I would, but, I've never done 2 rounds of hcg.

If the testes are still responsive and kept alive if you will, on cycle (using HCG) there is no need to use HCG again during PCT. Thats how HCG is best utilised IMHO.

If the user hasnt used HCG during the cycle it may be needed during PCT or part of a pre-PCT.
