I'll be starting PCT (Clomid and Nolva) in 3 weeks. I put on some bodyfat during my cycle and would like to get right onto a cut diet. I'm wondering if it's a good and/or safe idea to run clen + keto while on PCT?
My instinct is that it's a bad idea - if for no other reason, maybe it's just not a good idea to have too many chemicals running through my system at once?
Also, maybe a cut diet in general is a bad idea during PCT? Since this is known to be a catabolic time, I suppose I should continue eating to try and counter LBM loss?
