low natty test is a symptom of a condition, and running a pct may temporary alter the symptom but I would not expect it to alter the condition causing low test.

    Erm, I disagree.

SERMs have been known to kickstart the hpta. Not just for a week or 2, but for over a year. Probably for life but thats just how long the studies were done.

that would likely depend on the reason the HPTA was suppressed, you seldom see trt patients given a pct and sent on their way. If someone ran a cycle for instance and did not allow proper recovery, I could see a pct kickstarting the HPTA. if there were any number of other physical conditions present that would result in low natty test I would be surprised if a pct permanently raises it. I feel the question is too general for a specific answer, although it makes for an interesting discussion.

However this is only for secondary hypogonadism obviously...

All I know is that if I had low test and DID NOT run an aas cycle I would definitely look into SERMs before I would start testosterone injects for life.

    Just my $.02
