liquid nolva/clomid... how to use

so i just use oral syringe with my liquid PCT...
i take both compounds one after the other.

Should I be "swooshing" it around in my mouth like I do clen?
Or can I just aim the syringe to the back of my mouth and swallow it fast.. ??

Also is it okay to have liquids before/after drinking this... or food.. this stuff makes my tongue numb, you know??
