another PCT question

do I have use nolva and clomid together for my post cycle since there both SERM's??? if yes im doing nolva 40/20/20/20 and clomid 100/50/50/50 every day for 4 weeks... coming off 10 weeks of test E 500mg per week, im on week 7 now.

I dont have access to HCG to use towards the end. thanks

HCG isn't a necessity. Only use it if the time calls for it. It would be wise to use both SERMS if you are unsure on how well your body recovers. I can get away with Clomid only if the cycle only contains Test. If a 19nor is thrown in the mix I have to keep my PCT a little more aggressive and use 2 SERMS, perhaps extending 4 weeks to 5 or 6 if needed.
