Me again lads.
Is D Aspartic acid safe to buy of teh internet and legal? I have seen you can buy it of e-bay. How much do i use if i'm running it 12 days on and 12 off.

Also

Ashwanandgha Root Extract... Is it legal and do i just buy it off the net?

You buy both from the net mate.

I'd go with ErgoPhram's TestForce, or Primordial Peformance's TCF-1.

Ashwa.. Can be obtained from the net too. But make sure you get the Root Extract.

Nope.

HCG should be used "on cycle", not usually for PCT.

These are supps. that will help with PCT.

The body makes what it needs any more and it causes excitotoxicity. Not to mention disruptions in DNA methylation and the host of other problems...

There is a video by Dr Baylock explaining excitotoxins and excitotoxicity.

Where is this video?

Aspartic Acid is an amino acid, so your saying this "exitotoxicity" occurs when we ingest all amino acids? Other non-essential amino acids?

If anything, I think its pretty safe being a non-essential amino acid. Its found in many plant proteins. Do you not eat vagtables as we make our own AA then? Its on beef, fish, shellfish, turkey, crab, cod, etc... Do you stay away from those protein sources too?

I've seen nothing about the toxicity of DAA.
