1.5 ml of deca 250 for week 11 to 14
3ml of sust 250 week 11 to 14

3ml of sust 250 only for 2 more weeks


For PCT i have
Liquid clomi 70ml 35mg/ml
liquid Tamox 50ml 20mg/ml

Would appreciate it if someone with good knowledge could let me know what the best dosage would be

nolva 40/20/20/20
clomid 100/50/50/50

yah, your guy is just trying to get you to buy more.

Just keep the same dose throughout the cycle, and do some research on here, instead of listening to your dealer.

Follow the PCT Big laid out for you.

That's the amount per day, for the week.

40g of nolva everyday for the first week, etc. etc...

Nolva 40 = 2ml first week then Nolva 20 = 1ml for 3 weeks

Clomid 100 = 3ml first week then Clomid 50 = 1.5ml for 3 weeks

I would personally go 5-6 weeks PCT and use some HCG if its not been used while on cycle. You need to do some more research. Also use mg when explaining dosages not ml its not the standard and gets confusing as hell.

One more thing, you need to do bloodwork post PCT to see if you have recovered to your precycle bloodwork numbers. You did get pre cycle bloodwork done, right?

No i didnt get blood done but i will get it after pct for sure.

It is my first cycle so im still learning but did a fair amount of research first, have been happy with the gains of about 12kg not much fat most of it muscle.
