Nolva should form part of your pct however some use it during cycle for gyno prevention..

I like to use an ai on cycle and save the nolva for pct, I like using exemestane.

It comes down to what works best for the individual, some like an ai because it helps against bloat and gyno (ERSE). Others believe nolva is better for gyno prevention, Im one of those....

I would also go with an ai like adex or exmestane during your cycle.
