help w/ PCT for this cycle - first time in years.

About to start a cycle after taking a 5 years hiatus from AAS. It's going to be very beginnerish since it's been quite a long time. Anyway, I am going to be on:

500 MG of Test C wk
35 MG ED of Thai Dbols (first 4 or 6 wks not sure yet)

Anyway, my last cycle was:

500 MG of Sustonon wk
50 MG of Drol ED
200 MG Deca wk

PCT was Novadex and Clomid back then - not sure what I did for dose or start time because it was about 5 years ago.

Anyway, what should my start time be for my current cycle? I am assuming it's 2 weeks after my last shot of test C according to what I have been reading, right?

Also, what doses of clomid and nova should i take and how should I run it? I plan on buying from ar-r store, so please advise.

been studying them a bit. it's hard to understanding being a noob to PCT in general. im actually somewhat a noob to BB again in general. start lifting when i was 18 and did my first cycle at 23. around 25 i stopped going and lost everything and then some due to some family problem, etc.

now im just about to turn 28 and been back at the gym for about a year now. actually, it was 8 months straight, 2 months off, now ive been back for another 2-3 months and will continue for another 2 before i start this cycle.

also, mentioned above. i am assuming its clomid 100 1 wk, 50 next week, 50 next week, 20 last week, right? all run every day? same for nova?

Yes that's correct. You may want to spend a little more time in the gym naturally before yo hit this cycle.

i am considering that. i already got my gear so its hard enough to wait another 2 months but i am in no rush to start. i picked oct 1st about a month back as a start date but it may get pushed out to nov/dec 1st. or at least until i have everything back in place.
