First 10 week cycle of test e-running only Nolva..is this enough??

I will be using Test E @ 500mg/weekly with 250mg on Mon and Thursday for 10 weeks.

I want to know if this is a good way to take Nolva 20mg.

On week 6-week 10 take 20mg on MWF
week 11-13 take 20mg everyday
Week 14 take 20mg on MWF

Mind you, this is my first cycle.

Everyone I spoke to said that I do not need Clomid and Nolva for my PCT. They said to take Nolva during the cycle to prevent too much water rentention and gyno effects. I might not even use Nolva till week 10 if there are no signs of gyno and not too much shrinkage.

If you think I need Clomid as well, please tell me how much and when I should take it with Nolva.

You are using an AI! That helps with retention and Gyno bro... The Nolva in conjunction with this is not necessary...

Basic protocol for Test only cycles..

Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20

Get blood work a few weeks post PCT

Those of which said you don't need 2 SERMS during PCT don't even know if you are cabable of being restored 100% via Nolva standalone.

I know guys who can recovery well off 1 SERM. But you will only know if you can if you tested it and got blood work. In which case there is a good chance you won't bounce back fully and you'll have to run 2 recovery protocols. Not worth the risk IMO. 2 SERMS are better than 1.

Three guys that I personally know ran Nolva 20mg everyday for weeks 10-14 and said it was fine. I know you said that it is different for everybody and that some might bounce back. But, I have read several pieces that say Nolva inconjunction with Clomid is not necessary.

If it worked for them then it must work for you, that's what your saying here.

I don't see an issue in running 2 SERMS and expecting a guaranteed full restoration then half assing it and hoping it works because a couple other guys said it worked.

if u HAVE to just run nolva for pct, i would run it for 6 weeks like 40/40/20/20/20/20 just to be safe... but yeah 2 would be better then 1 like HP said.

Im gonna take your advice and route. My question is do I start on week 10 with my last injection or do I start the following week on week 11? There are so many conflicting arguments about when to start. Some say for test e wait 14 days after last injection and start, and some say start right away after last injection. I know the half life is 14 days for enan, so I can understand why they say wait 14 days, but wouldn't it be bettet to start right away to restore my body quicker and keep most of my gains
