i am running 500/test a week i am on my 3-4 week.i am noticing tender nipples and they are a little puffy.what ai should i run and how much a week.i am going to order from arr research chems.

Nolva will work just fine as well. 10mg ED until symptoms subside.

Aromasin 10mg EOD
or
Arimidex 0.5mg ED

If symptoms diminish use it for an extra week or so. Reason being you may not have covered any naked eye traces of it.
