it's usually related to what and how much you were taking your cycle with.were you taking cyp/enth/prop/tne/susp/deca /tren ,etc....?i've always gotten decent results with between 20-40mg/ed for 30 days when running a decently dosed test only cycle.when i run deca or tren i try and cut them at least 3-4 weeks before my test ends to make sure the nolva doesn't interfere with either compound if any is still left in my body.
since i only blast and cruise from now on i don't do pct but i always have extra nolve,clomid,adex,letro and caber/dostinex on hand in case of sides.

nolva is usually taken for 4 weeks 40/20/20/20, are you going to run clomid or torem with your pct?
