Coming off of a 10 week sust cycle, took last injection saturday. on the 27th (16 days after last stick) going to start running Clomid 50mg ED for first week then 25mg ED for next five.
So hormones are squared away with, but now how should my workout change? I've read in a few places that I'll need to drop intensity as not to overtrain, but I could use some clarification. does that mean going from high weight low reps to high reps low weight? or same reps just half weight? also, if I haven't incorporated cardio in the past, should I start during PCT? looking to just retain as much gains as possible, then bulking more for the winter and eventually a cutting cycle towards next summer. thanks guys.
