Hey been on 100mg eod of test prop for 2 weeks. the gear is either bunk or very underdosed.
I have nolvas ready but I payed heaps for them and wanna take as little as possible. How much/long do I need to take them for?

id give it a few days and see if u crash no use in taking nolva if u didnt even use real gear.

OK its 3 days after last shot what are the signs I should start taking the nolvas?
