hcg mixing and injection?

hi,

im not 100 % sure on the mixing of the hcg and do you need a insulin syrenge?

Take the hcg & bacteriostatic water, remove the caps, & clean the rubber portals with a sterile alcohol pad. take a 3ml syringe to gently inject the water into the hcg vial (do not shake) just roll the bottle to mix. Use a 1cc insulin syringe to inject into the abdominal region below the belly button subQ. I used left side for odd number days, & right side for even days. Thats how I did it.
