Need help putting it all together.HCG,Nolvadex,clomid?

I Ran test 400 at around 800mgs and eq 250 at around 400mgs.
my last shot was on monday .when do i start my pct and how many ius of hcg should i take ?how many mgs of clomid should i take also ?

Wow you really went into this blind, these are very basic questions..

I presume you were using test e or c. If it was test e then your pct would start 14 days after your last injection, 18 days if you were using test c. Save your hcg for your next cycle, you should have used it whilst on cycle...

Your clomid and nolva pct should look like this..

Clomid 100/50/50/50, thats 100mgs every day for week 1, 50mgs for week 2 and so on..
Nolva 40/20/20/20, thats 40mgs every day for week 1, 20mgs every day for week 2 and so on....
