PCT Timing w/ Clomid and Nolvadex

Hey Guys, I am a 25y0 male, working out for 7 years and planning on running the following for 11 weeks as my first cycle:

Testosterone E/ 500 mg
Deca/400 mg
D-Bol/40mg/day

now for my PCT i have Clomid and Nolvadex on hand but I am not sure when to start the Novladex.

I was planning on starting the Clomid, 2 weeks after last Test shot @ 300mg day one, and 100 mg day two and tapering it off.

I was told to run Nolvadex 10-20mg the whole cycle which i dont understand. Can someone please help me out?

weight?
body fat?

10 mg a day while on cycle will keep gyno away from what ive been yold and thats what i plan to run . then take two weeks off and do 40 /40/20/20 nolva again. and i am hearing to run clomid at 50/50/20/20 also with nolva 4 pct

i would not recommend starting with three compounds.. you should drop the Dbol or the Deca.. Most people will say Test only, but i did Test Deca on my first cycle and got good results..

Standard PCT is 100/100/50/50 four weeks Clomid.. and 40/40/20/20 Nolvadex.. you can use the nolvadex during cycle if you see the sides, but i personally would say to leave it unless you feel you need it

H: 6'0
W: 210
BF: 22%

Why should I drop the one, and stack only two ? Your not the first to mention this to me, I am wondering if by stacking the three, will it reduce the results or what ?

I have the same dimensions H:6'0 W:210 BF: 23% but I'm 38 old. I have my juice ready 2 months ago. Will start next week. I will be running
testosterone oenanthate (500 mg/ week) X 12 weeks
dianabol (20 mg/day) X 4 weeks
nolvadex (20 mg/day) X 12 weeks

for PCT I would go as Machine5150 said: Clomid 100/100/50/50 + Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 for 4 weeks starting week 14.

I did my homework and I'm hoping for the best. Wish you the same.
