Liquid Nolva/Clomid questions

Hey guys. Winding down my 30 day Spawn cycle. I am finished on Tuesday Nov 16. I got Nolva and Clomid from Ar-R and plan to run them for the next 4 weeks. Clomid at 100/100/50/25 and Nolva at 40/40/20/20

My questions are: 1) How long should I wait to start my PCT? 2) What time of the day should I take the Clomid and Nolva?

I would run it like this

nolva 40.40.20.20
clomid 50.50.25.25

Doesn't matter what time of day you take it.

I don't know the PCT start time for Spawn. I don't know anything about PH's,
