hi i will be taking sust 250 a week for 8 weeks, but i need some help with my pct and side effects..

should i be taking something from day 1 to prevent any side effects?

my biggest concerns are hair loss, gyno so what can i take if i see signs of these? or to reverse them?

my pct will be..

week 1 - 50mg clomid, 40mg nolva ed
week 2 - 50mg clomid, 20mg nolva ed
week 3 - 20 nolva ed

is this ok for a low cycle?

i can get arimidex but is that necessary?
