What to take after Andropen 275?

Im new to taking juice this is my first time ever.. i just took my first shot last night.. anyway i know you have to take a pct and my boy said take novadex or what ever its called but they just recalled all of them.. any idea on what i should take? im taking 1cc every 6 days.. im 19 144lbs 5"7
