First time need help

i'm going to do my first cycle soon want to get everything right.
Any help would be amazing, guys.

I am 180 pounds, and 5 foot 10, aged 21, skinny fat prolly 20% bf

I would like to use Sustanon or deca leaning more towards Sustanon.

Do I inject each Monday 1 time a week?

As for protection I would like to use nolvadex the one I have found is 30 tabs each tab contains 10mg Tamoxifen Citrate.

So I can't work out how many tablets to take and when? do I take just after I pin myself?

will I be ok to use just those to thing (Sustanon and nolva) or I need somthing else?

I don't want boobies or somthing so looking for advice.

Frankly, you're too young, and if those stats are correct you're out of shape.

Steroids won't fix that at this point.

If you can't get to decent stats without steroids, you won't be able to magically transform your body with them.

You need to learn how to eat correctly, diet correctly, etc.

You are not ready for steroids, learn as much as you can about diet adn training before jumping into it.
