Your perfect pct

Hey guys, been searching all over now for a good pct for a similar cycle to what im going to run. My last cycle shut me down so bad i think i need to change up my pct.

My last pct was hcg 1500iu 10 days after last jab of test e, then another 1500iu shot 5 days later then 1 more shot 5 days later again.
Nolva 14 days after last shot of test e 40mg taperd to 20mg
Clomid 21 days after last shot of test e. 200mg tapered down to 50mg.
The cycle was test/tren /dbols and anavar for 8 weeks and 3 months later i am still shut down!

My next cycle is the following;
Test cyp 750mg 8 weeks
Mdrol 30mg 3 weeks
Anavar 100mg 4 weeks.
hcg 250iu twice a week
proviron 50mg 8 weeks
Arimidex 1mg twice a week
And i might run letro for the first 2-3 weeks to try and get rid of some minor gyno i have.

Could somebody write me out a good pct for this type of cycle. Thanks!

PCT does not change from cycle to cycle for the most part.. unless you run a really long cycle then you want to boost up your PCT doses/times..
The time you start PCT will change though due to the type of steroid you are taking.. your last cycle you should have started PCT 14 days after last shot of Test E

For this cycle start 21 days after last shot since cyp lasts 3 weeks.

standard would to take HCG 250iu 2x a week through whole cycle
100mg first two weeks/50mg second two weeks clomid
40mg " " / 20mg " " Nolvadex

Not sure if i would of recovered that well on those doses. Recovery still isnt full and my last jab was ages ago october 7th. on higher doses and hcg included aswell.
