Weak penis

Last year I did a course of sust 350, and got gyno. So I went and bought some letrozone (Fempro) online.

Here's what I did-

2.5mg every day until the lump had shrank enough for me to be ok with it.

Then 2 weeks at 2.5mg eod

Then 1 weeks at 2.5mg e3d

I took 48 2.5mg of letrozole in total.

Nolva at 20mgs ed for a week after.

The last letro was taken around late October, early November 2010.

So during the time i was taking the letro, my dick started getting smaller, and I couldn't get solid erections. Which I understood was due to the hormones, and I assumed it would sort itself out. But it's been quite a long time now, and to be honest, it hasn't really improved at all.

Has anyone got any advice or knowledge on the matter? I'd really appreciate it.

People could make educated guesses, myself I don't know enough to make any good ones, but the best thing to do would be to get labwork done and post it here to see if the more experienced members can help you determine the problem and possible actions.

One basic step in defining erectile problems is whether the problem is physiologic or psychologic and you can gain good information on this by whether or not you are achieving night time tumescence (med speak for a partial erection or chubby) since if you achieve good erections while sleeping yet fail to get an erection during sex the problem is not physical. You can do this by a variety of means often you will notice that upon waking in the morning or when you wake up at night to urinate you have an erection. Another way is to place a either a band with a slip gauge to measure tumescent girth or with a series of slightly larger rings that get broken to guage growth. They also have electronic guages that record both circumference and duration and number of events but these are not the kind of thing kept on the shelf at CVS.

Ye, guess that would work. I don't really want to go to a doctor or a "lab". I'm sure it's down to the letrozole, so I'm kind of looking for advice from people with experience of taking letro. But thanks anyway, mate.

Also it's not just the erection thing, it's also the size. Like I can get a full erection, but it just isn't as big as it used to be, it's shrank significantly. The erection thing might be down to something else to be honest, I wont go into detail but my jerking off situation has changed recently (basically I can't watch porn anymore).

I did hcg during the course of sust. I know I should of done clomid, but I was ill informed. The thing is, I didn't have this problem after my course, and especially not during my course. It started during the time I was taking letro up to today. I took nolvadex for a week after the letro.

Kind of. It took away the soreness for sure. The lump was originally very visible, but now isn't. There's still a lump but I'm ok with it. I'll get surgery for it at some point.

Get bloodwork done however im curious as has this happened to anyone else?

To the OP, I don't know if you are aware of this so don't take it as an insult if you already know it, but you can get blood work done anonomously. Just google online blood testing and dozens of websites like direct labs will come up. All you do is choose the tests you want they refer you to a local lab to get the sample drawn and then you can get the results, usually within a few days.

As far as the reason for labwork. If you have high prolactin levels the course of action will be different than if you have low test or high estrogen.
