If you run letro while on a cycle to prevent gyno would you still do a pct with nolvadex and clomid? To restore natural test levels?

I'm gonna do a 12 week cycle of test e, the first 4 weeks 40 mg of dbol . Right now im just planning everything out.

Yea I wanna make sure I have a set plan and have everything on hand before the cycle. Would 50 mg of dbol ed be ok to do instead of 40mg?
