How successful is HCG and Clomid in kickstarting testes after a shutdown

Say someone has been shutdown for like 3 months ...

the original PCT never got their test levels back to normal

ED, low libido, etc etc all signs of low test

blooood level takin and test at 385..

would some HCG and a high dose of clomid for a month get the testes kickstarted again and start makin test like the good ole days...precycle

It is successful in many cases but not all.
Some athletes who have been using AAS for many years will never recover even baseline endogenous test levels, this has much to do with with diminished enzymes and transcription factors.

    Agreed.

Once primary hypogonadism has set in, HRT is your only hope.

you are "shutdown" when your test levels are very low in comparison to your pre-cycle levels. The ideal thing to do is a bloodwork BEFORE the cycle, but not so many do it.IMO, you should consider raising your test levels when you are young and they show up lower than at least 500 ng/dl. the ideal is between 700-1000 ng/dl IMHO.

HCG and clomid are VERY effective for restoring a shutdown HPTA, just do another run of these two, keep doing that for 2 or 3 times, if it doesn't work, start thinking TRT.

    hope that helps, good luck.
