Hcg or clomid or both?

Test issue
Ive been takig test for 5 years. ( 200 mg every week)
Sperm count is zero.

Any suggestions to get things kick started? HCG ,CLOMID?

Start with HCG and arimidex , do some research on the doses needed.

Do 3 week cycle and see where you stand, then do a post cycle of clomid - 50mg/day 1-2months.

If you have the ability to still naturally produce hormones, this should do it.

If you fail, see an endo.

I would do the Hcg arimidex cycle like he said but I would follow it with clomid AND nolva. Clomid like this 100/50/50/50/25-50/25-50 and Nolva like this 40/20/20/20/20/20. I have been shut down hard and taking nolva and clomid for 6 weeks worked wonders.
