Help required for PCT Would really appreciate help

Hi guys

I'm a long time reader first time writer. I am coming to the end of a cycle which is as follows

1-4 40mgs turinabol
1-8 50mgs Anavar
5-8 200 mgs winstrol depot
5-8 300mgs test propionate

I had though that I would do the following as PCT

Week Nolvadex Aromasin Vitamin E
1 20mgs/day 20mgsday 1000iu/day
2 20mgs/day 20mgsday 1000iu/day
3 20mgs/day 20mgsday 1000iu/day
4 20mgs/day 20mgs/day

But now I have having a bit of a confidence crisis with this as according to one of the guys who trains in our circle has said this is just jerking around and I should at least add HCG into this. I thought it would be fine as it was only 8 weeks and because of the drugs involved?

Can anyone enlighten me as this has really started to worry me.

Hello again folks. I know some of you are reading this but I really would appreciate any help. btw the reason for the 8 week cycle was working away from home which wasn't planned at the start
