tamoxifen and anastrozole drug interaction?
Hey guys,
I have read in a places that tamox will reduced the effectiveness of anastrozole, by reducing its effective due decreased serum blood levels of anastrozole due increasing its metabolism. So ive read in a few places that they shouldnt be taken together, how true is this? (im doing a PCT) both are anti-e but work in different ways one is a SERM and the other an AI, thus although anastrozole effectiveness is reduced to an extent it doesnt mean its not working in helping the estrogen levels low, while the tamox blocking the receptors (currently my e2 levels are through the roof, i made a post in the bloodwork section is you wanna read that too).
Take them together or not? or just nolva as its the norm for PCT.
