Is 5 months on Letro to long?
I have been running 2.5 mg/day of Letrozole ,trying to reverse Gyno.My Gyno was a quarter size lump,it is now roughly dime size after 5months of letro. Is this to long to run Letro?Should I opt for surgery or continue on Letro?..I want my sex drive back as it is totally annihalated.

It's not going to get any smaller. You're destroying your health by doing this. Just quit worrying about it, or get the surgery.

I'd take Tamoxifen longer than 2 weeks a rebound can last for a while, or until estrogen gets back in normal ranges, stabilises and endogenous testosterone comes down.
40mg/ED for 1-2 weeks, then down to 20mg/ED for 3-4 weeks is my suggestion. In studies on males taking Tamoxifen, I have never seen over 30mg/ED. 40mg/ED is a large dose, even trying to reduce gyno IMHO.

Stopping completely is a terrible idea. If u dont taper down very slowly u will get a severe estro rebound. Even when I ran nolva 40 mg ed after a letro taper i still had burning in my nips from estro rebound.
