going to be on a 10week cycle of test Cypionate 1ml/week, I have Tamoxifen Citrate (Nolvadex) for a pct but am curious about dosage at the 18 days after last injection I have been searching on here so I wouldn't have to ask but haven't had any luck any advice would be much appreciated...

I'd actually go for 4-5 weeks at 20mg/ED, not 4 weeks of total PCT. Or when AM erections and labido returns to pre-cycle levels.

4-5 weeks of 20mgs from start to return of am erections/labido? or 40mgs first week followed by 20mgs for the remainder 3-4 weeks?

either way 4 or 5 weeks or just go til you feel back to normal, just use real pct chems and you should be fine.

but would it be sufficient to do 20mgs at 4-5 weeks or should i pyramid 40/20/20/20....ect
