I juiced once about 2 years ago. lifted heavy up to 6 months ago and completely stopped do to traveling and work. the past month i started back up and been training extremely hard. past 2 times i talked the lady into some lovin i couldnt keep it up. i lifted hard both times and did legs today and it happened. I never had this problem before so anyone have any ideas whats going on. im taking pre load creatine by optimum and hemo rage before workout. usual protein afterward
