Pct help for first cycle

Aright so me and 2 of my buddies have the gear for our first cycle (Test E at 500 mg/week for 10 weeks). Unfortunately the guy we got it from can't get PCT gear. I have no idea why, so don't waste everyone's time by bitching to me about it. When i asked him what he does to come off, he just said he's always on... whatever. Bottom line - need a new way to get PCT so this cycle isn't a waste.

And don't worry, we haven't started the cycle yet. Wanna get a hold of everything we need first.

I wanted to do Nolvadex and HCG. That seems like the best way to go. And after a little more research, it seems like it might be a good idea to go with Aromasin and Vitamin E as well. So...

1) Any trusted websites to get Nolvadex and/or Aromasin? or any alternatives that are just as good?

2) Is HCG just an over-the-counter drug? and if so are there any brands/stores that are better/more trusted than others?

*please don't pollute this thread with bullshit like "you should know ur shit better before you start a cycle" or "you shouldn't buy from a guy who can't get you all the gear u need". Im not on here to get lectured. I just want some advice, so any help would be greatly appreciated

o ya, and i saw this in another thread. What's up with all the liquid chems? Do you inject them or what? and at what dosages?

ar-r products for the most part all taken in orally... so you drink it... Nova, arimadex, and that stuf orally taken.... and you cant get hcg on ar-r
