PCT for Sust, Test C and Winni Cycle

Taking 250mg of sust and 250mg of Test C p/w with 30mg of winni pills EOD. Didnt buy my PCT yet but am about to very soon. I was thinking of taking Clomid, Nolvadex and HCG. Clomid and Ndex for 4 weeks and the HCG along with it for 2 weeks. Is this a good Pct or should I add/take anything out?
