may have done some irreversible damage pls help! need your opinions of my pct

I am on my 3rd week of pct, running my tamoxifen, did hcg first 2 weeks. i have been reading more and more of these pct readings and some contradict. i have read to use hcg while on your cycle, and some say to use for pct...i did NOT use hcg on my 10 week test/dbol cycle. after i used hcg for 2 weeks, now in my 3rd. should i continue to use hcg? or stop? im still using tamox...sex drive is not what it normally is...did i f myself up by not using hcg while on? im very worried i may have messed up my sex drive dont relly know what to do , pls help. im 20.

HCG is best to run during your cycle or towards the end of your cycle before your pct starts but this is the way i would go if i was you.

1 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
2 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
3 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day

5 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
6 20mgs/day

This is the PCT program i am doing except im going to start 2 weeks before my last pin and run my HCG with my aromasin up untill my pct styclearts which is 2 weeks after my last pin what did you take as a cycle.
