AR-R PCT Question

I'm 31yo, 6'2, 190lbs, 12% bf, training 11 years. 1st cycle.
Coming off a 5 week test & winny cycle. Planning on taking 1ml of Liquidex & 2ml of Liquid Clomi (that I ordered from AR-R) every day for a month, beginning on the 12th day after my last test injection (which is the same day as the last winny).
Is this a good PCT? Should I expect any side effects?

No need for the Liquidex as a PCT compound. For that short cycle clomid should be more than enough. Liquidex is an AI and more commonly used during a cycle if you are prone to estrogen side affects. So if you have not experienced bloating or gyno you are fine without it. PCT is usually either nolva, clomid, or both.

Since it was a short cycle, should I run the Clomid for a shorter amount of time? And should I start off with more than 2ml, and taper it off?

Read the PCT stickies in the PCT Section, specifically Swifto's. It will answer all of your questions. Although, I'm a little baffled that someone could take steroids without having a definite plan in place before hand for the PCT.

Has anyone used IGF-1 Lr3 (Lyophilized) 1mg from Arr... if so what dosage are you supposed to use since this is an oral???

? Maybe you should reread my post; I clearly laid out a plan, and was simply asking for advice on said plan. Isn't that kinda the purpose of this forum???
