I am thinking of running 6 weeks of Winny at 50mg ED and I am told I need to take test with it. I also wanted to start some clen right after the 6 weeks of Winny.

I am not sure what to use for PCT.

You really should run test with it as winny is supressive. PCT for a Test prop/winny cycle would likely be about 4 weeks of nolva/clomid. By the way what are your stats?
