There are always a 100 times, if not more, number of visitors in the Steroid Q&A section compared to the PCT section.

Since a lot of mods/vets spend so much valuable time getting the stupid in many posts fixed, why not make it so that a new member is allowed to post only in the PCT section for a given post count?

I understand that the devil is in the details of properly achieving the required goal, but I am sure that you geniuses can think of something.
