DECA SUSTANON cycle help

Hey guys, i'm about to run my second cycle, and i'm using sus and deca! It's my first cycle with deca and i'm a little unsure what pct to use, also whether HCG and arimidex should be used during? If so dosages? It'll be a 12 week cycle!

My stats are:

Age-28
Weight- 96kgs
Height-6"1
BF%-14
Cycles- 1 of test only, this will be number 2

How long is your cycle ? I would use HCG 250iu 2-3x a week with aromasin 10mg EOD. And a Nolvadex 40/20/20/20/2020 Clomid 100/50/50/50/50 PCT. I would stick to the one compound for your first few cycles bro best of luck.
