back on the juice after long lay off advice please

ive not run a cycle for around 6 years a motorcycle accident and recovery where the reason for 2 years then just natural and a few orals here and there but nothing like before
ive made the move to start again mostly as at 39 i need the help now days
i will start with the cycle and what i have in mind for pct
10 week cycle
1-10 sust 250mg twice a week
5-10 Oral t-bol 40-50 ed
milkthistle ed
protein shake 2x ed
high protein foods and low carb diet
pct
1-4 proviron 25-50 mg ed
1-2 nolva 40mg ed
2-4 nolva 20 mg ed
goals lean muscle and strength gains lose a little more bf
stats now
age 39
bf 17%
weight 13 stone ish
height 5.9
girlfriend age 23 :scratch: need that strength and stamina back :wg:
