    Smile back on the juice after long lay off advice please

    Hi all and thanks in advance for reading and helping if you can or do

    ive not run a cycle for around 6 years a motorcycle accident and recovery where the reason for 2 years then just natural and a few orals here and there but nothing like before
    ive made the move to start again mostly as at 39 i need the help now days

    i will start with the cycle and what i have in mind for pct
    10 week cycle

    1-10 sust 250mg twice a week
    5-10 Oral t-bol 40-50 ed
    milkthistle ed
    protein shake 2x ed
    high protein foods and low carb diet

    pct
    1-4 proviron 25-50 mg ed
    1-2 nolva 40mg ed
    2-4 nolva 20 mg ed

    goals lean muscle and strength gains lose a little more bf

    stats now

    age 39
    bf 17%
    weight 13 stone ish
    height 5.9
    girlfriend age 23 need that strength and stamina back

    WOW we are in the same boat Bro. Been about 6 years for me too and younger GF's rox but mines trying to keep up with me lol...

    I would run the tbol weeks 1-5 and put some carbs in your diet post work out. Need carbs to build muscle.

    Try to lower b/f before you start the cycle and HCG would be a great thing to use while on cycle. And Pct should have some clomid also. Sus 250 is not the way to go i would stick to a test prop if you are running a 10 week cycle or an enthanate. PCT should look like this Nolva 40/20/20/20/20 Clomid 100/50/50/50 HCG 2-3xweek 250iu on cycle and run an AI while on cycle I prefer aromasin 10mgEOD you may need it ED because you have a little high b/f. Get your diet in check in that section and best of luck.

    thanks for the input,

    clomid i can get my hands on hcg is something i have not used or seen but have studied the info online and should be able to get, the info on it makes it sound complicated but i will have another read of it all.

    ive no plans top jump the gear just yet so all input is welcome. As for the sust i already have it so test prop im afraid wont be an option this time. can i ask why test prop and keep away from the sust ? possible i can switch it as still all boxed up etc

    t-bol 1-5 was in my mind i have to say just got some advice which said get ya test level up to get better use of the oral t-bol

    still thinking so no rush i will get it all worked out im sure

    i see what ya mean about sust and the duration due to the long esters and the time they take to be beneficial, cant switch it seems so have to extend the cycle maybe start at 250 per week and up it to extend by a few weeks.

    waste on the short ester i guess, work hard for 2 days and have one day rest

    No i would run 500 per week for the 12 weeks i would not lower or raise in any part of the cycle buy another bottle and do it properly.

    yes agree carbs are way more important than protein
