I've take a look at sticked-post up here and I've tried to find out a perfect PCT for a cycle, I'm NOT taking AAS but I am always on forum trying to help people, I'm starting having a nice knowledge and I want to learn more.

To continu,
For exemple, If someone is taking Test-400 1mL/5days for 10mL
So 50 days

The guy got to wait 18 days before starting it.

He should be using:
Novaldex 20/20/20/20
That is 1 month and 20mg/day
Can be used during cycle if any signe of gyno

And
HCG at week 6 to the PCT. To keep testiculs actives. (right or no?)

Finaly
vitamin C 1.5mg/day during all the cycle

Is this good for someone normal at his 1-2nd cycle? Someone that have 25y.o. Or more.


And what if the guy is using any pills like anardol at the same time? We got to grow up the PCT or add something?

Is 20/20/20/20 ok like it is writen in sticked post? What are the reason to up them a bit?

To quote a wise man: PCT don't dramatically change depending on the cycle. So even if your hypothetical test cycle added in other compounds, you'd still keep pretty much the same standard PCT.

I'd prefer the Nolva dose at 40/40/20/20/20. 4 week PCTs are minimum, no problems whatsoever running them up to 6 weeks to aid in recovery.

Clomid could be added at 50/50/25/25 as well, and HCG throughout the cycle like you said.
