Question Can One OVERDO PCT Measures...?

A lot of individuals here have jumped into cycles without reading or preparing their bodies for such; bf to high, too young, sh*tty diet, etc. The thing is unfortunately, people are gonna' cycle regardless what anyone tells them. I've read some people who have done some bad cycles here (Meaning, they've had some horrible effects AFTERWARDS), and I've read people who have made and done every precaution in the book here; lab work before/during/after. Now my question is this...

Can one OVERDO a PCT? Now I'll give best case scenario (From what I can tell)...Male subject is of age, he has been working out seriously for say 8 years, his diet is great, bf is around 8-10%.
He takes Test E 250 twice a week for 6 weeks
    D-bol for weeks 2-5 40/50/50/40 ED

Now this individual didn't do lab work, so we'll just say he PCTs for 12 weeks, running three PCT measures
Clomiphene: 50mg ED for 12 weeks
Tamoxifen: 20mg ED for 12 weeks
Proviron: 25-50mg ED for 12 weeks

The reason I choses this PCT is because I remember reading the thread here and remember stocky121 opinioning at least one serm and one AI...So would a 12 week PCT of the such be too much? Can there be bad side effects of too much of a PCT? Male subject didn't experience any gyno or discomfort while on a cycle, however he wanted to make sure he's covered after it's all said and done.

Would it make a difference if I had said 16 week, 20 week, hell 40 week PCT instead? Basically, since he didn't do labs, is it better to overdo a PCT, than UNDERDO one?
Feel free to pick and choose PCT measures as you see fit. just wanna' know if too long is too bad...
    Thanks!!

Ok for example purposes, we'll say 12 week cycle, and a 30 week PCT. Would such a PCT be extreme? By that, would it be bad for one's health, after X week, it wouldn't be any more beneficial, etc. Basically someone who isn't PCT savvy, so he would just OD in a sense on PCT. In his head he's thinking with such a long PCT, I'm sure to combat against ANY side effects of such and such cycle...

This question would be best answered by someone like Swifto, so I'd suggest asking him in his thread or via PM, as he is the PCT Guru.
