Since aromasin kills the aromatase, and aromatase is responsible for converting test into dht as well as estrogen, why doesn't aromasin resolve hair loss issues along with estro sides?

5-alpha-reductase is responsible for the conversion of test to dht.
Exemestane has no effect on 5ar.
