Pct test e help!

Hey Guys,
Im new to the whole AAS subject.
Anyways I just started my first ever cycle 2 weeks ago. Yesterday was my second injection.
Im running TEST E 500 a week.

I need to know what I need to be taking after my cycle? I have read alot and novaldex seems to be the right thing to do? Also how long after my first injection should I be starting it? Should I be taking anything else along with nova?

Not to be an azz. Most of us do like to help folks out. However when somebody jumps on cycle, then appears completely lost of what to do next, we assume you have been too lazy to do your proper research. Go read the PCT section and then we will help line you out from there.

I have done research dont get me wrong. But everyone is different right.
Anyways i was going to run Novadex. I read this directly off a thread.



Day 1 - 100mg
Following 10 days - 60mg
Following 10 days - 40mg
