Do I split the day dose or take all at once? Please review PCT and advise

Hey guys I am in my last 2 weeks of my cycle and am just wanting to make sure I have my PCT down 100%

So I have been running Test E for 12 weeks with a kickstart of T-Bol aswell as running an AI and HCG throughout.

Is this right:

I need to wait 14 days after my last shot of Test E to start my PCT?

I can run my 0.5mg of Adex (AI) up to the 1st day of PCT and then stop taking it?

I can run HCG taking my last shot 4 days before PCT?

Then my PCT will be:

Clomid: 100/50/50/25
Nolva: 40/40/20/20

So that is amount mg's and weeks (so 4 weeks PCT).

Do I take for the 1st week...
100mg of Clomid and 40mg of Nolva all at the same time, i.e in the morning, or do I need to split the dose over the day???

All help would be much appreciated.

Yes wait 2 weeks from last pin b4 starting pct. yes stop ai day vefore your pct begins, idk about hcg and swifto recomended to me to run 5-6 weeks of pct. check out this thread of his gr8 info..
