First timer pct plan

Hey guys,

I've been a member on here for a while just a silent one though... I want to have a crack at using steroids but would like some insight on what I should be doing pct wise... I'm 27, 6"2, 95kgs, 15- 20% bf and roughly 10 years in the gym! No cycle experience.. Should i use HCG through out the whole cycle or just the last 4 weeks? I'm a little worried about what happens when steroids shut you down as shut, if that could be explained too it'd be much appreciated.. Cheers guys
