My recent cycle consists of:
Weeks 1-5
Test Cypionate @ 500mg PW
Decca @ 600mg PW
Weeks 5-11
Test Propionate @ 300mg PW
Decca @ 600mg PW
I am having my last injection of test prop and decca today.
When should I start taking my Nolvadex? Should I start it in 3 days time @ 20mg ED even though the decca will take another 21 days till it's inactive? Or should I wait a bit longer?
Help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

You should've stopped the decca and kept running the prop for at least another two weeks.
Do you have any left over prop?

No I don't mate. What do you suggest? I only have dianabols and nolvadex to hand.
